Qualifications

1. Proven experience in proposal writing, business development, or bid management on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar.
2. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
3. Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and industry trends.
4. Experience in training or coaching others, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
5. Knowledge of freelance platforms and the ability to navigate them effectively.
6. Organizational skills to manage multiple bids and training programs simultaneously.
