Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Support Specialist will be responsible for handling the operations of the e-commerce store and interact with online buyers to resolve any issues that arise.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Managing Online Store: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring products are listed accurately, and inventory is maintained.
  • - Content Management: Updating product descriptions, images, and other content to optimize sales and user experience.
  • - Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
  • - Order Processing: Managing orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with logistics partners for shipping and delivery.
  • - Marketing and Promotion: Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the online store, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • - Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring site performance, analyzing sales data, and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • - Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating restocks, and optimizing stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • - Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing relationships, and ensuring timely product procurement.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • - Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • - Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
  • - Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • - Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • - Experience with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
  • - Understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • - Knowledge of online payment gateways and security protocols.
