Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Support Specialist will be responsible for handling the operations of the e-commerce store and interact with online buyers to resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Managing Online Store: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring products are listed accurately, and inventory is maintained.
- - Content Management: Updating product descriptions, images, and other content to optimize sales and user experience.
- - Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
- - Order Processing: Managing orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with logistics partners for shipping and delivery.
- - Marketing and Promotion: Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the online store, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- - Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring site performance, analyzing sales data, and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- - Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating restocks, and optimizing stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
- - Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing relationships, and ensuring timely product procurement.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
