Elevate is designed for high potential untapped leadership. We work with professionals who are looking for change and willing to do things differently to achieve extraordinary results. Many people don't know how to get to the next level and find the prescribed methods unattractive and unfair. If you find yourself there then Elevate is for you.
2. Are there any prerequisites for joining?
We work with professionals with at least 5 years of work experience, they understand the world of work and can commit to the the demands of the program. The most important thing we look for is the willingness to grow and put in the effort to make this happen.
3. What's the time commitment?
The time commitment for Elevate is 3-6 hours a week, for 5 weeks. Most important is the 2 hour virtual workshop that happens once a week. Additional time will be required for you to complete the assignments issued and discussing them with your coach. Check the class schedule section to see the dates/times that suit you best.
4. Will you run future cohorts of the Elevate program?
Yes we do, however, we have very limited slots in this program and its on a first come first serve basis.
5. How does it work?
Fast, proven, and effective. Our main mode of delivery is through the workshops. During these sessions we focus on learning key concepts and their practical application within the same session. We also have assignments to help the participants deepen their understand and application of the concepts and strategies that have been covered.
6. How long has SkillsHub been running?
Founded in 2018 SkillsHub Africa has directly reached over 300 business leaders. Additionally, as a key player in the talent development space SkillsHub has filled over 7,000 job positions with employers around the globe. The Elevate program is meant to scale our impact in conjuction with various local, regional and global partners
7. What is the cost?
The cost paid by the participant is Kes 30,000. This fee can be paid in negotiated installments based on the options provided in the application form.
8. What is your guarantee?
We know you will achieve and exceed the goals set out in the program. However, if you have done everything as required and are still not able to achieve the results we will assign you a talent expert to walk with you one-on-one on each result area.
