Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:
    • - Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
    • - Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across digital platforms.
    • - Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand strategy and goals.
  3. SEO and SEM:
    • - Optimise website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).
    • - Conduct keyword research and implement search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  4. Social Media Management:
    • - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • - Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Email Marketing:
    • - Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and transactional emails.
    • - Track and analyse email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • - Use various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure and report on campaign performance.
    • - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
  7. Collaboration:
    • - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
    • - Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • - Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or a related role.
  • - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • - Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • - Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
  • - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development tools.
  • - Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant certifications.
