Job Summary:

The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and managing our company’s social media accounts. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype or Zoom.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts
  • Conduct online research and present findings
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis
  • Handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
  • Coordinate with team members and manage communication
  • Maintain a task list and follow up on pending items

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organisational skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media platforms and managing content
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
